Marketing Mix Expands Community Traffic


Our client, a new independent living community, came to us to help with their pre-lease efforts. Their goal was lofty but achievable, to sell 25% or more properties before their grand opening.


We recommended they utilize display advertising with targeted placement in the Senior Pages and the Super Bowl Guide section, as well as a weekend wrap print component.


The results from our mixed-marketing efforts far exceeded our client’s expectations. In fact, because of the increased interest in their community, the staff had to turn prospective customers away because they were unable to accommodate the high level of traffic.
